My Story

Steve has over 30 years experience in revenue growth and sales including 21 years in the CRA industry. Steve began in the background screening industry with an industry wholesaler, providing data to employment screening providers and other information resellers. As a direct selling sales director, he learned the value of being an expert resource for business leaders and training strong, successful sales organizations. His successes include selling new logo revenue growth as an enterprise seller with large industry providers focused on growth of Fortune 500 account; selling SMB and niche verticals with mid-size and smaller providers; as well as sales for a product development start up and a technology platform venture.

Steve led an early start-up building their sales strategy, GTM plan, sales team, managing the department’s ISO compliance, and led growth from $1.2M to an attractive acquisition position.   Steve's career includes on-boarding operations and strategy and he has successfully led client support teams, led partnership, reseller, direct sales and sales team efforts.

Steve is a Tampa Bay area native, enjoys the local food, downtown area and nearby beaches, following the local sports teams, as well as running, reading and a constant work-in-progress golf game.
