Rebecca has more than 20 years of experience in the employment screening industry, focusing primarily on occupational health and substance abuse testing. She has held leadership roles in customer onboarding and implementation, product development and management as well as operations at some of the largest Third Party Administrators and Consumer Reporting Agencies.

Rebecca is committed to innovating the employment screening space through strategic partnerships and bringing cutting-edge products to the market.  She has deep experience in product portfolio management to meet the needs of end-users while increasing market share.  She has led and successfully brought to market SaaS solutions to enable deep partnerships within the employment screening ecosystem.

She has led key initiatives to consolidate operating platforms and successfully supported both outsourcing and insourcing projects representing over $200M of revenue.
